Refund Policy
We want every Zar Services customer to be 100% satisfied. Here's our straightforward refund policy:
Eligible for refund
- We could not deliver your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- The product is non-functional and we cannot replace it.
- You received a different product than ordered (please report within 24 hours).
Not eligible for refund
- You changed your mind after the credentials were delivered and used.
- The account stopped working because you violated the platform's terms (e.g. posted illegal content, spammed).
- Wrong network used for crypto payment (funds sent to wrong chain are not recoverable by us).
How refunds work
Refunds are processed in USDT to the same network you paid from, within 24 business hours of approval. We always try to replace the product first — refunds are issued only if replacement isn't possible.
How to request a refund
WhatsApp or email us with your order number. Include screenshots if the product is non-functional. Our team will respond within a few hours.
